Travel: Thailand Thailand was one of the most amazing experiences of my life.  People combine their spirituality and their everyday life in a seamless way.  There is no special day for prayer, there are Buddha's everywhere and people just take a moment in a busy day to give  thanks. Bangkok,Thailand One of the great parts of traveling is seeing things that you don't see in your everyday life.  These buildings, made of gold, are part of the palace in Bangkok.  Just slightly different from downtown LA. Phuket, Thailand This beautiful spot no longer exists in the same way.  It was hit by the tsunami in 2005.  Phuket is a beautiful place where the Thai spirit of live and let live thrives.  I can only hope that the beautiful serenity of this magic place returns.
